Blogger Reactions are the clickable check-boxes below Blogger blog posts which users can click on to react to the blog post. By default, a few reactions are provided such as cool, interesting and funny.

To disable the Blogger reactions altogether, go to Blogger Layout > Click on "Edit" in the "Blog Post" widget and uncheck "Reactions".
